  • I offer 1:1 online coaching designed to help women work with their physiology, to build strength, improve body composition, and feel more confident inside and outside the gym. Coaching includes a personalised training programme designed to support your hormonal health and female anatomy, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support.

  • My coaching is built specifically around the female body and the realities of modern life as a girl. Rather than quick fixes or extreme approaches, I focus on sustainable training that supports your hormonal health, evidence-based methods, and helping women build confidence that lasts both inside and outside the gym.

  • Coaching is offered in 3 month, 6 month or 8 month packages, depending on your goals. These packages offer you continuous support, programme updates, accountability, and guidance. Packages can be payed for upfront, or on a monthly subscription basis, with specific pricing varying depending on the level of support required - we’ll discuss the best option for you during your consultation.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. Expect structure, support, and individualised guidance. You’ll have a clear plan tailored to your goals, regular accountability, and a coach who genuinely cares about your progress. My aim is to help you build confidence and connection to your own body through gaining strength and creating habits you can maintain long term.
